My first liaison with the Hôtel Hermitage was a business meeting – and an early one at that. Traveling the Côte d'Azur railway from Beaulieu-sur-Mer to Monaco I had little time to enjoy the coastal delights of Eze and Cap-d’Ail, but despite the 7:30am start, I was looking forward to my first visit to the Hôtel Hermitage.
